Lamberti Church

LAMBERTI CHURCH is the central market and parish church of the town and at the same time one of the most important sacred buildings built in Westphalian late Gothic style. In 1941, bishop von Galen preached against the Nazi regime in this church. One of the very few tower-keepers in Europe serves his duty on the tower. Of specific significance are the interior design and both of the organs.
